Instructions

When you arrive:

  • Use main front door entrance and enter the key code you were given. This key code will lock/unlock the front door
  • In the main hallway, adjust thermostat for AC. We typically keep the AC at 73 degrees
  • Across from thermostat is a door to the basement, go down there to turn on the utilities
  • At the bottom of the stairs turn Right and you will see a breaker box on the far cement wall. Turn on the breaker for water in the breakerbox (see below)
  • Next locate the hot water heater and turn it on to level "Hot"
  • The TVs all have Internet channels via Google TV such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, YouTubeTV, etc.
  • WiFi access point is "RJL" and the password is currently "lindelof69"

When you go home:

  • Please place any trash in the garage trash bin, recycle (not glass) in the recycle bin, glass in the glass box. Please use the aluminum can crusher in the garage to smash your cans
  • We do not have garbage pickup
  • Please clean up, make it cleaner than it was when you got there. There is a whole home vaccum & shop vac in the basement, and cleaning supplies under the sinks
  • Put anything you used, back where you found it
  • Feel free to leave any useful items for future visitors such as, plates, plastic silverware, beer, water, etc.
  • Don't leave any food or items that animals or insects will want to get into.
  • Turn off water breaker in the electric panel
  • Turn the hot water heater to PILOT
  • Open bathroom, kitchen sink and laundry cold water faucets to let the cold water drain out, leave them open until no cold water comes out, then close them all
  • Lock all 4 slider doors (down is locked), close any windows and use your key code to lock the front door on your way out

Directions to The HOA (assuming coming from IL, Madison or Milwaukee):
Drive however you get to Wisconsin Dells on 90/94. At the 39 split, take 39 North. Continue on I-39 North until WI-21 West, Exit 124 Coloma. Stay on WI-21 West until State Hwy 13 North. Take a left on Apache Ave, then a right on 14th Ave, then a quick right on Sawgrass Dr. It is the 3rd house on the left side of the road.
